We hold a private register of homes brought to us by their owners, never advertised, and offered only to those we have come to know well. The list moves slowly. Each entry has been walked, sat in, weighed against the others. A residence is the longest decision in a life; we treat it that way.
Our work is selection, not promotion. We will say so when an address does not suit, and we will wait when nothing fits. Discretion is the constant.
